Canzukon Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Canzukon (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our marketplace, including all purchases, sales, and interactions between users (“Users”, “Customers”, “Vendors”). By accessing or using Canzukon, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Platform Overview

Canzukon is a multi-vendor online marketplace that connects buyers with businesses from across the Commonwealth and globally. While we prioritize vendors operating within Commonwealth countries, we welcome international participation.

Canzukon acts as an intermediary and is not the seller of products listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

To use Canzukon, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

SECTION A: CUSTOMER TERMS

5. Purchases

When you purchase a product on Canzukon:

  • You are entering into a contract with the Vendor, not Canzukon
  • Product descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment are the responsibility of the Vendor

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you agree to the payment provider’s terms.

Canzukon may collect a service fee where applicable.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs are set by Vendors
  • Orders may ship from different locations depending on the Vendor
  • International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes unless otherwise stated.

8. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund policies are set by individual Vendors. Customers must review these policies before purchasing.

Canzukon may intervene in disputes but does not guarantee refunds unless required by law.

9. Product Origin Disclaimer

Canzukon prioritizes products made within the Commonwealth; however:

  • Some products may include globally sourced materials
  • Some items may be manufactured outside the Commonwealth
  • Products may be sold by Commonwealth-based Vendors regardless of manufacturing origin

Customers acknowledge and accept this when purchasing.

SECTION B: VENDOR TERMS

10. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions
  • Fulfill orders promptly
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and tax laws
  • Maintain appropriate business licenses where required

11. Vendor Eligibility

Vendors may operate from any country; however, Canzukon prioritizes vendors with operations in Commonwealth countries.

12. Fees

Canzukon charges Vendors fees, which may include:

  • Commission on sales
  • Transaction fees
  • Optional service fees

Fees are subject to change with notice.

13. Payments to Vendors

Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe Connect or equivalent).

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Setting up and maintaining payment accounts
  • Any associated fees charged by payment providers

14. Shipping Obligations

Vendors must:

  • Clearly state shipping times and costs
  • Provide tracking where possible
  • Fulfill orders within stated handling times

15. Returns & Disputes

Vendors must:

  • Provide a clear return/refund policy
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Cooperate with dispute resolution processes

16. Prohibited Items

Vendors may not sell:

  • Illegal or regulated goods without proper authorization
  • Counterfeit or infringing products
  • Hazardous or unsafe items

Canzukon reserves the right to remove listings at any time.

SECTION C: GENERAL TERMS

17. Intellectual Property

All content on Canzukon, including branding, logos, and platform design, is owned by or licensed to Canzukon.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

18. Limitation of Liability

Canzukon is not liable for:

  • Vendor actions or product quality
  • Shipping delays or customs issues
  • Indirect or consequential damages

19. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Canzukon against claims arising from their use of the Platform.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms.

21. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
