What is Canzukon?

Canzukon is a multi-vendor online marketplace that connects customers with businesses across the Commonwealth and around the world. We prioritize vendors operating within Commonwealth countries while remaining globally inclusive.

What does “Commonwealth-focused” mean?

We highlight and prioritize businesses based in Commonwealth countries (such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom). However, we also welcome vendors globally, and some products may be sourced or manufactured outside the Commonwealth.

Does Canzukon sell products directly?

No. Canzukon is a marketplace platform. All products are sold and fulfilled by independent vendors unless otherwise stated.


Customer FAQs

How do I place an order?

Simply browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can purchase from multiple vendors in one order.

Why are items shipped separately?

Canzukon hosts multiple vendors. If you order from different sellers, your items may ship separately from different locations.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the vendor and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment providers.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Most vendors provide tracking information once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

Each vendor determines their own return and refund policies, but Canzukon requires vendors to abide by these stipulations:

  • All orders may be cancelled with 100% refund up until the item(s) is/are shipped.
  • After shipment, the customer must physically receive the item and return to sender.
  • Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.
  • In cases of a dispute (such as damaged, defective products or description not matching received product), Canzukon reserves the right to mediate and will be the final decision maker.

We strive to be fair to both customers and vendors. In this context, customers are encouraged to review the product listing before making a purchase.

What if I have a problem with my order?

You should contact the vendor directly first. If the issue is not resolved, you can contact Canzukon support for assistance.

Are all products made in the Commonwealth?

Not necessarily. While we prioritize Commonwealth-based vendors, products may:

  • Be made in the Commonwealth
  • Contain globally sourced materials
  • Be manufactured elsewhere but sold by Commonwealth-based businesses

How do I become a vendor?

You can register for a vendor account through our website. Once approved, you can start listing products.

Who can sell on Canzukon?

We welcome vendors from around the world, with priority given to businesses operating within Commonwealth countries.

What fees does Canzukon charge?

Canzukon charges a commission on each sale of 5% and may include transaction or service fees. Full details are provided during vendor registration.

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe). Funds are transferred to your Stripe account based on your payout settings.

Can I customize my store?

Yes! Vendors can customize their store profile, banners, and product listings through their dashboard.

Do I need to handle shipping?

Yes. Vendors are responsible for setting shipping rates, fulfilling orders, and providing tracking where possible.

What are my responsibilities as a vendor?

Vendors must:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions
  • Fulfill orders on time
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Can I sell internationally?

Yes. Vendors can ship to multiple countries and set their own shipping zones and rates.


Payments & Security

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers with secure encryption.

Does Canzukon store my payment details?

No. Payment details are handled by our payment providers (Stripe).


Account & Support

Do I need an account to buy?

You may be able to check out as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders and manage purchases.
